  It’s clean and some of the staff really does try to help however, I find it ridiculous that I can’t ever return or exchange things I have purchased because they only accept returns during certain hours. They are open 24 hours a day but refuse to take returns after 10PM. There is no logical reason for this. Any manager can process an exchange or return and there is always a manager there. I moved here from North Carolina and I could return or exchange things in the middle of the night at 3 in the morning if I needed to and no one ever refused to help me like they do here. In fact, I went in there the other day at 9:15PM and they still refused to let me exchange a $15 item because it was too late. It’s extremely poor customer service! They will take your money but they won’t help you if you have a problem. I work till almost 2AM and I sleep during the day. I shop in the over night hours so I should also be able to do my returns and exchanges then too!
