  Ok, attitudes here completely suck. Go in to buy food and gas. Walked in the atmo was just drull I mean you can feel it. Go to the heartee's to order food. They have no idea what's on the menu. Black chick doesn't even look up to acknowledge your there. Waits till the lost Italian girl mumbles. The Italian looking chick is completely lost. An mumbles. Ok done with that... Time for gas an grab some cash. I walk up to the gas attendant ask if they do money back on my purchase. She laughs at me and says does this look like a seven eleven... That's your answer... condescending, disrespectful, and no intelligent thoughts or advice to an ATM. Wow just wow... 1. You should know your menu if your going to sell product. It's common knowledge of product your selling. 2. Eye contact with your customer is key, it shows respect, and good customer service. 3. You knocking your competitors when you don't even offer better service isn't a plus. Nor is laughing in their face. (Especially when 7-11, racetrack, bp, and various others do offer cash back) Hope they check the video to see this whole bad experience 2 hours ago same day!! This whole group needs to be termed or re-shown How to properly conduct themselves.

  Pumps did NOT release gas, even after swiping my card at two different pumps. Went inside and they excused it as they forgot to reset the pumps. Clearly they didn't know what they were doing, as I over heard one tell the other she didn't do anything, and didn't offer to help me at the register since their mistake blocked me from being able to use the pump's card swiper.
