  The technicians are very thorough and professional. I worked mostly with Evan, and his exceptional service impressed us from day 1 before we had even hired the company. Customer service was great throughout the entire process and the technicians care about the customers. I hired Bug Brigade for rodent control extermination and exclusion, along with general pest treatment. I would recommend this company!

  Andrew came to our house and he called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay if he came 15 minutes early. He was right on time and I just wanted to let you know he is very professional and thorough. I was impressed with the inspection alone. Our issue ended up being an infestation but he explained everything in detail and I feel extremely confident that our problem will now be taken care of. I can’t thank you enough. I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and this was money well spent.
