  I just got home from visiting this 7-11 across the street from my apartment on my way home from working a 12 hour bartending shift. I had to take an uber as I don't have a vehicle at the moment. This is the second encounter I've had with this particular employee, I don't know her name because she doesn't wear a name tag, but she is probably in her early 30's, maybe 5 ft or so, I'm not much taller at 5'4", of an Asian decent, wears glasses and barley speaks a word, nor makes any kind of eye contact! I want to help her be happy. I realize her job is definitely not a dream job at all, nor do I know what kind of stress the poor girl is under, whether it be home related, job related, money related, but I just felt like maybe someone higher up could look into how to help this girl be less stress free and maybe see that within every moment, there is a chance to make someone's day...which always makes my day better!!!
